Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their trade or business activity or their professional activity as self-employed.)

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together or will be delivered together;
- on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Derya Arslan, Hopfenweg 25, 86381 Krumbach (Schwaben), telephone number: 015203138103, email address: kontakt@arela-cockpitbag.info) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the enclosed model withdrawal form for this purpose, although you are not required to do so.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; no fees will be charged to you in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Hopfenweg 25, 86381 Krumbach without delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the 14-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods if this reduction is due to handling of the goods other than that which is necessary to check their condition, characteristics and functioning.
Exclusions and Grounds for Lapse
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not made to order and for whose manufacture the consumer's individual choice or determination is essential, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
- for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would pass quickly;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time the contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered at least 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose current value depends on market fluctuations over which the trader has no control;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal lapses early in contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they have become inextricably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
